The brief
Renting motorbikes in a tourist town runs on paper contracts, a phone full of photographs and a great deal of trust. RideHub had to replace that with something a small operator would use every day — and give their customers a way to book without a conversation on WhatsApp.
What we did
- Fleet, rentals, payments, maintenance and documents in one operational tool
- A customer-facing marketplace on the same data, so nothing is entered twice
- A Telegram bot for the parts of the job that happen standing next to the bike
- Multi-tenant, so one deployment serves many rental businesses
